Christmas Planner Launch!

So don't get me wrong… I'm not one of those people that skips right over Thanksgiving and all things fall just to get to Christmas, but over the years I've learned that shopping throughout the year is the way to go. The mental load during the holiday season is just too much for me otherwise. Shopping throughout the year has saved my sanity, my wallet, and my Christmas spirit. My husband and I both come from big families and there's a lot of shopping to do. Taking the time to really shop for meaningful gifts instead of rushing around trying to get everything done in December has been such a game changer for me. I was able to regain the joy of gifting and the spirit of the holidays.

There was just one problem: shopping throughout the year meant that I would forget what I had bought and as a result, would end up over-buying or buying drastically different numbers of gifts for my two children. This year, I have a plan. Or should I say…a planner! I have designed a Christmas planner to keep track of everything during this busy holiday season. The planner includes November and December calendars that can be used for any year, a decorating plan page, tons of to-do, grocery, and shopping lists and checklists for all the holiday things. There's a Christmas card tracker, gift trackers with different categories, a table for tracking your budget and a table for tracking your stocking stuffers. There's a place to jot down all the recipes you want to try, game planning pages for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, party planning documents, menu planning tables and six of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes! The entire book is big and spacious with large boxes and print for tired parent eyes. :)
