Got loads of Halloween candy? Use it up in this quick and easy cookie recipe. We always have a blast trying new candies or combinations every year. The possibilities are endless!
Already overloaded on sugar? Mix up a batch and bake a few. Then scoop and freeze the rest. They bake up so well from frozen and you'll have a sweet treat ready to go anytime!

Freeze for later!
These cookies freeze well once scooped. Simply place on a lined baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes, then store in a freezer-safe container or bag.
Notes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Divide the dough into bowls for the number of candies/flavors you want to make. Fold in the candies.

Use a medium cookie scoop to place balls of dough on the cookie sheet, spacing about three inches apart.

Bake for 11-13 minutes (centers will still be soft).

Cool on the cookie sheet. For a crunchier cookie, cool on a wire rack.

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3 ¾ cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
